Noted University of Arizona Regents Professor and Neuroscientist John G. Hildebrand introduces the fragrant French comedy, Perfumes, with an original talk entitled “Olfaction: Our Most Evocative Sense,” discussing the intriguing science behind olfaction and the unexpected and surprising ways in which our sense of smell influences our behavior, memories and emotions. This event is part of the eighth annual National Evening of Science on Screen, which takes places on March 24 at select independent cinemas across the country.
