Considering Ghaleon is the "Magic" Emperor, he sure does like just using his fists in this fight. IF you're packing good supplies then go all out with your skills and then restore yourself for the True battle after.

NOTE: I'm playing the Un-Worked Designs patch which restores the game's features to it's originals. The Magic Emperor has a bit more HP in the NA release.
