Descaling – the key to lasting enjoyment with the Geberit AquaClean

If a shower toilet is operated with hard water for long periods, the functionality of the pipes and components can be affected. For this reason, all Geberit shower toilets are equipped with an automatic descaling programme. The shower toilet signals upcoming descaling by flashing blue and red either on the lateral control panel and/or the orientation light, depending on the model. Geberit recommends using only Geberit descaling agent as other agents can lead to damage on the shower toilet.
