As his former employer tries to stop the inevitable reckoning, John takes up arms once again and returns to the underground universe of assassins, hotels with their own rules, and debts paid in blood. Chad Stahelski’s stylish action movie turns a story of revenge into a dark neo-noir about grief, honor, and a man who should never have been awakened.
