I extracted the files from the game itself, Half-Life: Source. I did need to make some modifications, my garrysmod game did not allow mounted games, so I had to make a lua folder and life in the content file to create the following entities.

Alien Grunt - monster_alien_grunt
Alien Slave - monster_alien_slave
Assassin - monster_human_assassin
Baby Gonark - monster_babycrab
Barney - monster_barney
Bullsquid - monster_bullchicken
Cockroach - monster_cockroach
Controller - monster_alien_controller
Gargantua - monster_gargantua
Gonarch - monster_bigmomma
Grunt - monster_human_grunt
Headcrab - monster_headcrab
Houndeye - monster_houndeye
Nihilanth - monster_nihilanth
Scientist - monster_scientist
Tentacle - monster_tentacle
Zombie - monster_zombie

Additional NPCs

Barnacle - monster_barnacle (Glitchy)
G-man - monster_gman (Invulnerable)
Sitting Scientist - monster_sitting_scienist (does not walk) (Hit detection is off)
