Canning is a big part of our late summer tasks on the farm. We pressure can vegetables such as green beans, corn, and peas which we are doing in this video. The other half of DANINA, my husband Daniel, makes his debut in today’s video helping me can Pink Eye Purple Hull Peas in our new All – American pressure canner. These peas were given to us from Daniel’s grandparents which they grew in their garden.
