Steps and Sleep data comes from Garmin FORERUNNER® 55. I manually write in Microsoft Excel Table. Then screenshot and crop image.
Heartrate coming from Garmin FR55 and Pulsoid.net (andorid app). For better accuracy use workout mode (Cardio workout, why not use GPS). Price is 220$. My watch is 2nd hand for 88$.

You need to use Broadcasting via workout mode. This mean you must enter in workout activity during sleep. This will stop widget Boddy battery and Respiration.
I used to use Xiaomi Mi Band 6 also in workout mode (Indoor Cycling) but sometime he lost connection during sleep and stop broadcasting. Price 33$.

1) Streamlabs.com is for broadcast live.
2) Restream.io is for multi streaming. twitch/youtube in same time
3) Snaz v1.12.7.0 is for to add Time, Data and Sleep Timers.
4) Pulsoid.net is andorid application for showing heartrate data live
