In this case, the 528 Hz frequency which is the only frequency associated with DNA repair. This video combines the 528 Hz frequency with a binaurally created Alpha wave to assist with getting to a relaxed yet awake state (0:00-12:50) then releasing Serotonin (12:51-25:40) to assist in headache relief and a feeling of well-being.

A binaural beat is an auditory illusion perceived when two different pure-tone sine waves, both with frequencies lower than 1500 Hz, with less than a 40 Hz difference between them, are presented to a listener(one through each ear). For example, if a pure sine wave is listened to in the right ear, while a pure tone is presented to the listener's left ear, they will perceive the auditory illusion of a third tone, in addition to the two sine waves presented to each ear. The third sound is called a binaural beat.

Healing occurs from sonic waves or vibrations, specific frequencies of sound, resonating throughout the universe. The ancient 6-tone scale of electromagnetic frequencies called the original Solfeggio Scale has shown to have healing potential with the 528 Hz in particular being particularly effective. The frequency of 528 Hz appears to influence the water molecules that surround the DNA helix, thereby bringing about healing effects on DNA. Meditation has long been thought to assist in DNA repair.
