'Koala Infancy' was filmed in the foothills of the magnificent Border Ranges in the Far North Eastern corner of New South Wales Australia over a 12 month period. 'Koala Infancy' documents the growing up of 2 featured baby male Koala joeys 'Star' and 'Sparky' from the pouch to independence as they learn vital life lessons from their mothers in preparation for the rigors of life in the wild and the uphill battle Koalas now face in order to survive. 'Koala Infancy' is highly educational and shows many of the threats they face as well as many of the other native mammals, birds and reptiles that they share their territory with. 'Koala Infancy' is an emotional journey that will captivate wildlife enthusiasts of all ages and brings a heightened awareness to many aspects of their life style and the uncertain future faced by this uniquely adorable animal.
