As a sound designer, I have not worked with a hardware synth that is this capable of so many timbres. From what I've heard of the two other heavy hitters (Waldorf Iridium and Novation Peak) they sound flat and uninspiring, imho not worth the price tag.
And again the hydrasynth impresses me with what it can do.
Like I've said before, in most of these hydrasynth vids, I am using a minimal amount of tracks.
In this I'm only using two because like I've also said before, this synth is so deep and expressive, you really don't need much more.
