DISCLAIMER (please read):

This method can be used to convert save files between SteamIDs (SteamID32), converted save files WILL also work on legit copies of the game

To be able to convert them, however, you will need the codex crack; you can uninstall the crack afterwards if you wish (just make a backup of the "x64" folder inside game folder) (ONLY WORKING ON OLDER CRACK FOR NOW)

BTW: remember to use 64-bit version of Cheat Engine

PS: If you were using the CODEX version of the game, the default account ID is 1638 (not 0)
