With the advancement in tech, new and newer architectures are being developed for app development. In contrast to the monolith architecture from the old days, today, the app development as well as maintenance processes have become a lot easier and efficient, thanks to the newer architectures like FE & BE, and microservices. But, there's another architecture, that takes things to the next level: Micro frontends.

As the name suggests, micro frontends are a new pattern where the front ends of the web app (UIs) are composed of semi-independent fragments. These fragments can be built by different teams using different technologies, hence, the development and maintenance becomes easier, and quicker.
