How to export Final Cut Pro files as mp4 for Instagram

Instagram and other applications often needs MP4 files but Final Cut Pro exports MOV and M4V by default. So how do you fix this? You need to change your export settings. When you click the export arrow, you click the settings tab, then change "format" from the default "video and audio" to "computer". See the tutorial for a step by step walkthrough.
