Pioneering STEM Writing Retreats at the University of Nebraska

Supported by the Elsevier Foudation and piloted at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the STEM writing retreat was held in 2012 to enable women scientists to improve research productivity and promote critical networks. By comparing different types of writing retreats (in person, in person with videoconference, a single vs. multidisciplinary or multi-institutional approach, UNL will isolate the most important ingredient for facilitating success boosting research productivity.
