error: 'va_list' has not been declared | TOOTL DEVLOG #4

How to fix error: 'va_list' has not been declared!
And also how to fix multiple definitions of vsnprintf.
Long story short:
The error didn't really mean anything, the compiler was just getting confused with my some bad code I wrote, and so never got to the point where it defines va_list, something like that.
I still wonder why it works on Linux..
More over, I still wonder why my trick works at all!
