A long time ago, the precious sultan Abdülmecid had it built by a French architect and it became a place where he rested, and after his death, other sultans visited this place frequently and hosted guests. Later, after all of them died, the assembly was not used for a long time, and the assembly was redecorated and opened to the public. Currently, locals can pay 15 TL, foreigners 30 TL, and there is a cafeteria garden inside.
