The final part of the song was not dubbed, probably because the episodes “Mr. Greg” and “Change Your Mind” were dubbed much later than the others, and they featured a new translator, which is evident from the changes in terminology (“Бич Сити” Instead of “Прибрежье”, “Эмпайр Сити” Instead of “Имперский Город”, “Кристальные Самоцветы” Instead of “Самоцветы-Кристаллы”) and the approach to translating the songs, which became much more free‑form.
Perhaps he simply didn’t know that this part needed to be translated. Although, he did translate “Being Human” in Future, so I can’t find a precise explanation.
