At Timeline 7 we are introduced to runes which can change your playstyle by focusing on more food production or having stronger troops

Unlike skills and cards, you will need to use potions to level up your runes in a "skill tree" based concept. You can obtain potions by completing Timeline 7 dungeons

The runes available are:

Base health
Coins gained
All unit damage
Food production
All unit health
Ad boost multiplier
Chance to drop double the coins
Critical chance
Critical damage
Block chance
Chance to drop food
