As well as accompanying visuals, I've taken some core elements of my previous video (which had some relative success), and applied it here. This time, however, I decided to focus on the second entry of the series, Silent Hill 2. I opted for an equal mix of in-game sound and soundtracks to play together, not letting one overtake the other. I was hoping for a soothing, relaxing feel, and I hope I achieved it. Mostly, I added the music because I felt that it needed more than just the same sound bites playing over and over for an extended time. Finally, listening to the same content where nothing new has been posted for quite a while is... not very refreshing, to say the least. Of course, that isn't to say that much can be derived from games released near 20 years ago; it beckons to a sense of creativity. Not too much longer from now, we will have our latest additions to the series, so there will be lots of content to have and use in various forms. Anyway, with respects to their works and to mine, I try to deliver an experience that doesn't fall far from the tree in terms of comfort. There are no jumpscares here. Don't worry. Just sit back, and go back to the early 00's for a little while.
