3 workers are required to build a chalet.
But, the pirate clouds the castle and there are only 2 workers...

- Harvest a bush and cut down trees. Build a cottage.
- Repeat this for three times, then summon 2 workers to the farm.
- Pay the pirate and harvest the bush.
- Hire 7 workers. Summon 6 workers to the farms.
(I hired 10 workers, but that was too much.)
- Pay the pirate and cut down trees.
- Demolish cottages, then build the sawmill.
- Build chalets and add gardens right away.
- Demolish the sawmill and build the market. Buy food.
