This 208 page coloring book focuses on the things that stress us out in life, work, finances, relationships and the like. The book is divided into parts focusing on a particular stresser. You will notice when you are in a different category of the book that the right hand margin border changes color and pattern.

Each illustration in the book has a right hand border pattern. On the facing page there is also a drawing that is outlined in the color of the margin. Finances are pink so the facing image is outlined in pink and the black and white line drawing has a pink patterned border on it. Each particular category of the book is accompanied by some introductory text from the author and some colored pictures of the drawings to follow. This is helpful to get inspired for your own color pallette. In total there are 79 illustrations to color.

There is a range of images in the 8.8 x 0.8 x 9.8 inches soft cover book focusing on mandalas, abstract designs and some cute birds and flowers. Lacy Mucklow is an art therapist and worked with artist Angela Porter to produce this book and others in the series.

The paper is good quality and well made and has the advantage that the reverse page is also colorable (should you feel inclined). The binding is also quite good quality and sturdy. The book folds down nice and flat so you can color the illustrations without difficulty. The illustrations are all centred on the page nicely so you do not have to do battle with the spine as you do in other books.
