To download the whole folder, you should see a down arrow next to the shader tab right below the search bar in your Google Drive. Just click on it, select download, and extract the folder to your shaders folder in MV. It is important you extract them or they may not work.
Please note that the shaders in the folder are not mine and are a consolidation of the shaders I found online to be useful for me.
