1934 RCA Victor 143 Project Restore Part 3 ... A Revoltin' Development

A revoltin' development cropped up. My SONY KV-40XBR700 has the jitters. Letting it warm up for 1/2 hour used to fix it. Not any more. Is it a 60 cycle heterodyne with the video composite? A bum electrolytic cap or two,,,or three?
Need to take a diversion from the RCA 143 and start wracking my brain on the 40 inch SONY XBR High Definition CRT Television. I wonder, should I go with the lowest ESR obtainable for the electrolytic replacements?
