GTA 5 The mission has been disrupted please return later. Solved !!!

I finally got this to work. I don't know if it will help anyone else, but this is how I done it. Using Franklin, I did drive to the B marker and received the disrupted message.
I did drive out of the area, until the B marker re-appeared. Then I did drive back to the B marker and this time the mission worked. I hope this information helps someone.

If is doesn't work with car try with Franklin again but this time use helicopter, fly to the point B ( of course doesn't will be work again ) then fly away over the sea until the B comes back again then fly back. Should be working the mission.
