"Zoom burnout is real. For our Austin regional WordPress conference “Wordcamp Austin” we wanted to do something a little different than the typical livestreams and zooms. We opened a custom Hubs instance catered exactly to what was important to our event. In this talk I’ll review from a high level the organizational and technical learnings of organizing a conference in Hubs.
