The Erdtree's Favor +2 can only be accessed when the endgame has been reached, at Leyndell, Ashen Capital. It raises the HP, Stamina and Equipment Load considerably. It is also the final talisman (8th) needed for the Legendary Talismans achievement.

Start at the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace and make your way through the Capital Outskirts to reach Leyndell, Ashen Capital. Down at the ruined courtyard there are 3x monstrosities (one visible and 2x hidden underground near the southern part of the area, where the location of the talisman is).

If you do not plan fighting these strong foes, use (if available) the Concealing Veil with the Crepus's Vial (eliminates all sound) talismans and you can sneak past safely (if you are careful enough).

If fighting them is not a bother, it is recommended to aggro with a ranged attack each one separately and lure it to the top side of the courtyard. Fighting them around the two destroyed buildings, will shield most damage from their AoE attacks, making them considerably easier to take down.
