This is a case of bleeding hemorrhoids with a fissure in ano with skin tags. The patient was treated using Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty & Sphincterotomy by Dr. Ashwin Porwal.
She was discharged within 24 hours and joined work from the 3rd day. The patient was absolutely comfortable after the procedure and could start all her routine activities on the same day.
