Changing Subconscious Beliefs using Magnets - Dr Brad Nelson
Описание
Dr Nelson demonstrates how a negative program/belief held in the volunteer's subconscious mind can be removed and replaced by a positive alternative. The example is "Relationships are a lot of work". The body, when tested, indicated the program could be released. It was done and the new program "Relationships are Easy For Me" was installed in its place. This demonstration was by Dr Bradley Nelson, author of The Body Code and The Emotion Code.
Had the negative program not been able to be released, you'd need to find and clear its deeper roots ... deeper levels of beliefs acting as a collective set of connected programs that form a belief complex. Refer to Three Dimensional Therapy https://youtu.be/iwad1FX2kBs
Dr Nelson coined the expression “despair anchor” to describe beliefs acting as programs that are are not derived from and linked to a deeper complex of beliefs.
A Despair Anchor is a negative statement that is perceived as truth by the subconscious mind, which will seek to verify or fulfill that. Finding them is the challenge.
Most of the time, but not always, Despair Anchors are phrased in the most negative way possible. For example: “I will NEVER have success” instead of “I’m not successful” or “I don’t have success”. Check if the Despair Anchor is a “strong statement” ... examples: I’ll never … , I’m never … I’m not.
Check out if it is about
• self ... examples: “I am stupid”, “I’ll never succeed”, “I am an idiot”, “I’ll never have
"this”. If so, does it start with “I”, “I am”, I’ll”, “My”;
• others/life:
- other people/God (examples: “They think I’m stupid”, “Nobody likes me”, “She hates me”, God has abandoned me”
- the world ... example: ”the world is out to get me”
Check out if the category is about emotions, Sometimes it can be about a negative emotion such as depression sadness eg “I’ll always feel angry.” Is the emotion on the Emotion Code list?
It may also be linked to career and/or relationships. Each of these can be narrowed down eg Is this about any particular relationship? Is about family, children, spouse or your boss?
You can also identify when a Despair Anchor became lodged in the subconscious mind.
While the exact wording is preferable, an approximate wording may be close enough in “vibration” or feel for it to be released. Ask: “Are these the exact words?” If no, “Are these words close enough for this energy to be released?”

The Body Code also talks about “Images” in the subconscious mind. These are not programs or despair anchors per se but can be similar in effect. An image is an energetic “picture” in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a goal-seeking computer and will attempt to make this image a reality in your life. For example, if you have an image of yourself as being overweight, the subconscious mind will try to make it so. This will make any effort you make to lose weight a lot harder. And if you do lose weight, you may well put it back on again. Some common themes in images are being overweight, ignored in a crowd, being alone, being depressed, being sick and sometimes even being taken care of by others.
A further excellent resource on programs is the book “Psychoanalytic Energy Therapy” by Phil Mollon. Chapter 9 looks at Parts and Programs” On page 213 he recommends to test two statements: “All parts of me permit me to be free of this problem” and “All programs within me permit me to be dree of this problem”. Each of these may elicit different responses. “Parts” may be willing but “programs” may not permit resolution of this problem. He explains his approach on managing the various scenario possibilities.
