Learn how to use RimWorld mod "Android Tiers++" an extension for Android Tiers by Atlas which :

-Remove/fix common issues/weird behaviors (butchering androids debuff, eatable android corpses, disassemble androids at machining bench, androids anxiety, unrepairable aging androids, ... )
-Allow charching androids with electricity
-Make androids act more like true robots than humans (especially T1 and T2)
-Allow to remotely control surrogate androids, your colonists will no longer take physical risks (exactly as in the surrogate film with Bruce Willis)
-Allow to "upgrade" androids with the ability to upload their mind throught a wireless network
-Permute/duplicate colonists full consciousness (humanoids and androids) wirelessly throught a SkyMind network thanks to the VX1/VX2 neural chips
-Allow to heal androids with nanokits (instead of medicine stuff)
-A bunch of new other features and fixes
