For this one you have to get points in a single mission with:
Drift - using car
Velocity - using car
Jump - using car
Vehicular Kill - using car
Explosive Kill - using grenade
Burning Kill - using molotov
Kill - using any weapon (not a headshot)
Headshot - using any weapon
Melee Kill - using fists
Demolition - explode any car

I did it on the mission near your apartment (one of the first ones).

Be sure to finish your mission to get the achievement.
