Today's timepiece is a modern take on the tonneau shaped Vostok Amphibia diver's wristwatch first introduced in 1967. The modern one is larger, and features an automatic movement. (the vintage one was handwound) The finishing is also different, more shiny, whereas the vintage one had a matte sun ray type finish.
