The complete list of all Easter Eggs and Secrets in Unreal (1997) including secret areas, weapons, ammunition, health etc from first map to last level (some levels contain no secrets)

Easter Eggs:

First couple levels (the Mine levels) have translator messages in hidden spots that can be accessed only using 'Fly' cheat.

The level Dark Arena (where you encounter Titan for first time) contains a hidden picture '175 Columbia St. West'

Pirates of Nali Land picture Easter Egg can be found in the Nali Boat level, where at the very start you have to shoot both red torches right before jumping in the boat. Then when you approach the cave, look up on your left side. You will see the picture.

Some of the secret areas contain books that have some interesting messages
