The Series 7 “Runaway” Theme (US) | Composed by Robert Hartshorne

Another one of my favorite themes by Robert Hartshorne! This being what I call the “Runaway Theme”. Used in two Series 7 episodes:

‘Rheneas & The Roller Coaster’ (0:00), and ‘Best Dressed Engine’ (1:18).

I know this video ain’t anything super crazy or special (after being absent from YouTube for almost 2 months), but I thought this would be a fun video as I feel this theme doesn’t get enough praise. Hartshorne truly is an underrated composer. He may not be on the same level as Mike & Junior, but I will admit that this theme is honestly better than Mike & Junior’s as I feel it makes the scenes feel more “intense”. I DO PREFER Mike & Junior’s score overall, even in Series 7, but Hartshorne had some bangers in my opinion, and this theme was one of them.

Say what you want, but this theme is great, and I thought I would upload both variants to you! :)
